The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. extreme88 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate Accounts and will close all associated Accounts upon detection, with any balances subject to forfeiture.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. extreme88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify extreme88 immediately via the support channels listed on the Platform. extreme88 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.
extreme88 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
extreme88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers to and from accounts held with BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be accepted subject to availability.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made from and to payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are not permitted and will be returned or forfeited pending investigation.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
